Through subsidiaries of DF International Consulting, s.r.o., FID GROUP a.s. engaged in trading of cotton yarn, brokerage and consulting services in these areas.

DFIC started its activities in 1998 with a focus on the purchase and sale of cotton yarn. A distinct advantage that DFIC possesses is an active knowledge of Indian, Egyptian and Chinese manufacturers of base yarns (from where the company derives 99% of imported yarn), quality and extensive business contacts in those countries. Due to these factors, DFIC is able to supply its customers with high-quality raw materials for competitive prices.

The main commodity currently offered by DFIC is cotton weaving yarn, which is com bed and mostly medium-fine to very fine (so-called ring-spun, compact).

The personnel at DFIC is comprised of qualified, experienced and helpful staff, whose goal is to always provide high quality and comprehensive services. This includes importing the required type of yarn, ensuring customs services, and for selected clients, the potential financing of deliveries.

Vinohradská Properties a.s. originated in the spring of 2017 by changing the legal form of REAL ESTATE Futurama BP 2, s.r.o. In the autumn of 2017, there was merger of Vinohradská Properties a.s. as successor company and Vinohradská Development, a.s. as a company that is extinguished.

Together with foreign partners, FID GROUP INVEST a.s. is also shareholder.

Subject of Business of Vinohradská Properties a.s. are real estate in the capital city of Prague. The main business plan is the development of the territory and the construction of an administrative and residential complex in Prague at Hagibor, the cadastral territory of Strašnice.
